NZ DELIVERY POLICY
We offer free shipping on orders over $50 or a $8.99 flat rate on all other orders.
Note: We do NOT ship to rural addresses. Please use your most convenient NZ Post Parcel Collection address instead.
All orders should be shipped within 5 working days of receiving the order. If this is expected to be delayed, you will be notified.
We cannot ship outside New Zealand at this stage.
Delivery will be made by courier and a tracking number will be provided.
Your order will be delivered to the address you indicated when your order was placed. We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
Candles by Goldie does everything in its power to respect the delivery times indicated on the website. We cannot, however, be held responsible for the consequences of a late delivery or the loss of a package caused by a third-party contracted to make delivery, or by you, or because of some unforeseen event. In the event where you do not receive your package, an investigation will be conducted with the carrier and may take several days upon receipt of your claim. During this period of investigation, no reimbursement or re-delivery will take place.
RETURNS POLICY
To be eligible for a return, your item must still be in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs (unless the return is a result of our error e.g. wrong scent, or it was damaged in transit). When you request a refund, delivery details will be provided.
REFUNDS
To receive a refund, simply return the goods to us as per the returns policy above. Upon receipt of your returned items, a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

To organise an exchange please email us in the first instance at goldie@candlesbygoldie.co.nz detailing your situation so that we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
